Edit December 2017: we've been back a couple more times since and the service has improved. Combined with the regular 50% off or two for one vouchers and it's turned into a decent place to eat. Still would advise not paying full price to eat here and not expecting too much! Old review: Poor service, had to wait ages for order to be taken. Steak ordered was tough, they also managed to ruin the soda float. Wasn't impressed, the one in Feltham is much better.

Absolutely terrible!! Service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was very quiet, all food was over cooked, waiting 40 minutes for our table to be cleared currently and they've bought out 3 kids deserts eventually and didn't think to clear the table still! Will never be coming back again that's for sure!!

Waitress was very nice. Food, not so nice. 7oz Steak was more like a 1oz flip-flop.

Really poor state of food bbq New Yorker no bbq sauce and no onion rings 1piece of bacon which didn’t cover the chicken and was rubbery. My children aged 4 and 10 order children’s meal which state under 11 year olds .... when received the portion was tiny my 4 year old ordered pizza which was so small I cut it into 2 slices and that’s it gone within a few bites and my 10 year old order the ribs and tbh they were feeble no meat on them at all .
