Visited here recently for dinner with friends as this restaurant has a high reputation for good quality sushi. It is a small place with a shop on the ground floor which is where you can buy takeout and the restaurant is upstairs. I would say there was no more than 10 tables. Quite an extensive menu choice for such a small place, starters, mains, sharing plates and of course the sushi, even desserts. Only soft drinks are served but you can take your own alcohol if you want to. We shared some starters which were very good and tasty and then we all chose our own main. I chose the beef Donburi which I thought was okay, not exceptional, very small pieces of beef with some vegetables and rice. It seemed a bit dry and bland and I needed to add extra soy to liven it up. I didn’t try the sushi, maybe I should have as what I saw other people in the restaurant had ordered looked very beautifully presented, fresh and I am sure extremely tasty. Service was friendly and also helpful with explaining some of the menu choices. Food is served quickly after ordering. Everything is relatively inexpensive too. I would visit again but next time I would definitely try the sushi.

The most amazing sushi...Rushing between desire and flights The manager and waitress were amazing in accommodating our desire for sushi.. Only had the dragon tail BUT boy what an amazing dish.. Can't wait to come back to taste the full selection...One word of warning be early and give your self ample time to enjoy what looks an amazing selection... Can't wait to come back for the full menu selection...

Looks like a take out only place from the outside but they have a cosy dining room upstairs. Menu kind of limited for a Japanese restaurant but all the essentials are there. Friendly and helpful service, great food and very quick execution. Can recommend the crab avocado salad and the no-name-roll.

I am convinced that the people who have given this place a good review have not eaten fresh sushi before. Fish was old and extremely fishy and we actually did not eat any of the mains and left. And it wasn't just the fish....we ordered prawn dumplings and had to send them back as they were still frozen on the inside. Very disappointing.
