Hilariously bad! Inflexible staff. Quiet Friday midday, we’re the first customers of the day...literally an empty restaurant and ask to sit at a booth for 4. There are two of us so the waiter refuses our request on the grounds he might sell out of tables for 4. When asked to reconsider he refuses, so we leave him in an empty restaurant to dine elsewhere. Despite having other customers they let us sit where we like in Zizzi. Prezzo management take note, your staff are costing you money with such ridiculous decisions at quiet times!

Great service, went above and beyond. Dealt with any issues smoothly. Good atmosphere. Food ok for chain restaurant. Salad portion a little small but pizza good and good value.

Good food, nice and clean and amazing staff. Staff were great throughout and communicated with personality and enthusiasm. Good job chaps, will definitely be back!

Awful service! Just a few customers in restaurant yet service was terribly slow. The staff looked like they did not want to do their job.... food decent though
