How can a restaurant serve farm fresh eggs but can not make scrambled eggs? Cook said scrambled not available.... so scrambled eggs come from a box? Or powdered and they are out? Thank you... no. Moved to next restaurant.

Rude staff and huge waiting times. 

Third time we've been and had this experience with rude staff at this store.  We just left a few minutes ago after appalling service. 

The man (short hair with goatee) serving us at the counter told us to wait at the bar after we told him we wanted a table for three.

After 15 minutes we asked him for update only for him to turn around to argue with us in public. He told us we were told we could order by bar as didn't need take service as we only wanted food from salad bar. 

We told him we reminded him we wanted a table even after he told us to go to the bar.  He continued to argue with us and told us we would need to wait a further ten minutes. 

Customer service is appalling at harvester. The staff clearly lack customer service and above all decency in politeness

I went to celebrate a special occasion with my best friends and it was very disappointing. Service was poor and we were ignored by staff. Salad plates we dirty and wet, salad bar had a limited selection and it was crosscontaminated with other food. Waitress didnt provide basic service, i.e.we had to look for our own cuttlery. Orders were inaccurate and despite plates being warm,food was cold. One waitress who brought drinks smelled of BO.The person who greeted us at the door and took us to the table assuming it was a manager was dressed in what looked like a casual wear including what looked like fur slippers. Our waitress paid no attention to us and left us to our own devices. Half an hour wait for the bill was cherry on a top and we could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed us. We eventually had enough and found someone who was not in charge of the section where we were sitting, however he was very helpful and apologetic. He assisted us with our bill payment anf apologised for the wait.

Friendly staff but their menu had changed to make kids meals less appealing, children now have to have a set breakfast and can no longer chose 5 items (everyone knows how fussy kids can be) been going here religiously for Sunday breakfast with my kids for 18 months

They have asked to go somewhere else next time as my youngest (5) just had the continental (salad bar) and eldest (7) had some bits from my breakfast 

Gutted to say the least as I looked forward to it during a long gruelling week 

Thanks harvester, for all the great Sunday mornings we had but unfortunately we will be having no more.....
