Visited during a Thursday lunchtime, the place looked quieter than it should be, but I was greeted with a friendly member of staff and I got to choose where I could be seated. I was given several options to order, I went with the QR code on the table for convenience sake. But I’m glad the option of table service is there also. Food was AMAZING! Good tasting, juicy burger with the meat cooked to perfection, I believe it was worth the price in all honesty. Also, the portion of Sweet Potato Fries was more than I expected, which is a good thing in my books : Would come again without a doubt. Gourmet Burger Kitchen fulfilled my burger craving for that day, and the staff made sure I was having a good time.
Long time we didn’t have a GBK! very clean place and friendly staff. They have the App for order or taking table order. We had two burgers and chips and the staff gave us information about one burger 2 and chips 2 for £20 deal. My husband had a chicken burger bit of spicy , I had a beef burger called Loaded. With lemonade and vanilla shake. Very good tasty and fresh beef and chicken fried and the car parking free after 6:00PM we spent around £28. We will comeback again!!! Really enjoyed!!
Absolutely fantastic food it was packed, came here with a friend and we managed to get a table and didn’t need to reserve. Everything was perfect food quality wise, best onion rings I’ve ever had the chips were scrumptious and dips divine. The burgers were to die for and absolutely delightful, though with the price it would be nice if they were in brioche buns. Two issues my mates milkshake was thin but this was resolved, there was a suspicious tonic water they served that we did not order, the waitress we asked took it back and said it would be taken off the bill. However when the receipt came it was still on there, but there was no fuss getting it removed. Found that very strange and it did lose a star for that, but regardless definitely coming here again to feast on those onion rings because I am officially addicted.
Really tasty burgers and skinny fries. Problem with the app so we just ordered at the counter. Meal deals available, but strangely not on the printed menu - have to view the online menu or notice on the wall of the restaurant. My daughter "went naked" exchanging her bun for coleslaw and salad and seemed to get a massive plateful. May consider that myself next time. Free carafes of tap water are also available, but sadly the free monkey nuts available pre-covid have gone!
Had the Merry Stuffing Christmas Burger with a Mince Pie and Cinnamon Milkshake. It was absolutely superb, the best food out that I've had in ages. I would thoroughly recommend it. Full marks.Food: 5/5
Had the rocketman burger, very decent burger good size, juicy and not dry just how I like it, with chunky chips. Staff attentive sat me down, came to check what I wanted and half through the meal to check everything was okayFood: 5/5
I ordered a cheese burger for my mate and forgot to add no cheese as he is allergic!! When we found about my mistake, chef replaced another burger without any concerns. Much appreciated !! Awesome service and great staff. Love it and will keep going for more Vegan burgers
Ordered 2 of the new Korean chicken burgers which looked great online but arrived looking like this see picture attached. Both had a pool of sauce which when by the time the order arrived had obviously made the bun soggy! Hope they improve this recipe. Also extra note: the halloumi is also not worth the price it's £5 for 3 small halloumi pieces...
Loved their Seoul chicken burger. I asked for bun-less and had two awesome side salads instead.
I enjoy their variety of burgers sweet potato chips and often get really good deals. Ambiance is good too. Staff is polite. Their app isn’t very efficient which is what we had to use for placing an order hence taking one star away.
