Don't get me wrong food is perfect when you sit in, lovely and hot. When uber eats, or just eat deliver the food is absolutely cold. The coke is rubbish as the ice is melted by the time it arrives.
Most of staff on their mobile phones, wanted to pay cash at counter instead of by card but had to wait nearly 10 minutes to pay because saw at least 7 people on their mobiles behind and in front of counter including 2 upper staff wearing white shirts as opposed to mcdonald's uniform. Food was very good but is managed very poorly.
A very clean and modern McDonalds. Screens to order, a collection area and plenty of seats inside and out. The food was great, hot and well presented, not just thrown in the takeaway bag.nMy only gripe is the car park. I couldn't find a disabled bay and the bay i did park in was, like most of the spaces, at a 45 degree angle. Fine getting in, but no space to reverse out and no manovering room. When you eventually get out of the bay, you have to then get around a 90 degree bend. Fine if you have a small Fiat, not so if you have an SUV.nEnjoyable food though and the staff were lovely. I'll be back
Very slow service , waited 15minutes for an apple pie , to them be told it would be another 5-10 minutes ... so swapped for a mcflurry instead . All mcdonalds seem to be the same these days , the uber eats drivers seem to get priority over everyone else
Drove from church stretton to battlefield for a drive through.nReturned home to find the order completely wrong. Our chicken wrap was empty as in no bloody chicken.nnMissing 2 portions of garlic dippers.nCoffee was ice cold, cheese not even melted on burgers that cold . No toffee latte or frozen lemonade available. Service was shocking waited in drive through for nearly 14mins.nnJoke of a place. Meole ain't much better but at least food comes out hot and on time.nWasted 40 quid for what can only be described as dog food waste.
