The staff were polite and pleasant enough, but clearly there is no managerial organisation here. There was literally only one beef burger from the entire menu available because apparently the deliver driver forgot the burgers, or something. Sounds suspect, but whatever, makes do happen and stranger things have happened. It was about 5 hours before closing time so I doubt it was because they couldn't be bothered putting any more burgers on. I ended with the Angus (the only variety of burger they had available) and doubled it up with an extra Angus pattie. At least the food came hot and fresh. But the restaurant was dirty, unclean, and untidy. Also, the driver must've forgotten the drinks as well, because most of the drink selections from the machine were empty (shaded out = unavailable). After choosing what was left - a diet Dr Pepper Cherry-Vanilla - it was totally and utterly flat. So maybe the driver forgot the gas as well?! In terms of food and burgers, Burger King have always been better than McDonalds. But how can Burger King survive the thrashing they've already received from the competition if they keep running their restaurants that aren't up to basic standards? At least the young attractive lass who served me kindly offered to bring my food over to me and did so without any hint of begrudgement. Burger King need to get their act together. Their food - when it's available and done right - is good for fast food. But their restaurants lack basic standards.

Shrewsbury Burger King was memorable but not for the food but for the disgruntled member of staff called Carianne, who obviously got out of the wrong side of bed that morning. Very rude to say the least.

excellent food very yummy and all great staff think hair nets need to be warn seen as it is a food restaurant after all!!!!!

not the fastest of fast food places, but tastier than Macdonalds, on the downside there is no drivethrough, on the plus side they deliver, some of the time

Best avoided. Slow, slightly forgetful service. The less said about the toilets the better.
