Stumbled across this lovely little restaurant as we searched for a venue for my mum's birthday. The owner saw us looking at the menu outside and came out to say hello and have a chat. His friendliness and the wide range on the menu made us book a table for that evening. On our arrival my mum was wished a happy birthday, a nice touch, by the friendly staff. Our orders were taken and the food arrived quickly. We all enjoyed our meals, best Italian food we've experienced in a long while. The chef came round to introduce himself to everyone had a chat and to see if the meals were to our satisfaction. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Bella Napoli, and the food was fantastico! Will definitely visit again next time we're in Shrewsbury. My thanks to all the staff. 😀

Best meal we have had in years. Proper hearty family Italian & very reasonable prices! I had the tortellini which was to die for! We had starter, main, dessert, two beers & a bottle of wine & it came to just under £75! Very impressed & will certainly be returning. Staff are so friendly & food was served very quickly. Highly recommend! Stop reading this & just go! 😍

Stumbled across this restaurant and what a lovely surprise! We had wondered around the whole town trying to find somewhere to eat (with 2 vegans) and couldn't find anywhere to cater us. The restaurant was welcoming, the staff all very friendly and accommodating of our diet requirements and prices completely reasonable. Best find! Will return.

After reading recent reviews we thought we would eat at this restaurant. Big mistake. Very overpriced, the lobster was the size of a shrimp and smelt very fishy and had about a teaspoon of flesh. When we voiced our disappointment the staff said it must be our taste buds. They then told the customers at the next table what we had said and asked them to verbalise how good they always thought the food was. Needless to say we will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone with any sense.

Friendly, family run restaurant. Really couldn't fault anything, the menu had something for everybody and everything we had was cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be regular visitors from now on!
