Almost half the menu sold out still. Even before everything went down you were lucky to get a krushum or Gravy. Only reviewing because I'm waiting for me food 😂

Ordering food was quick & efficient but had to wait quite a while for my order. However the food was hot & enjoyable with a nice coffee. The facilities were clean bright & comfortable. They have a great outdoor section for warmer days and great if you want to take your 4 legged friend. Enjoyable visit overall.

Staff don't seem competent enough to take a basic food order. The reward scheme is always faulty, hygiene of the seating area is poor and the floor feels as greasy as the food. The chips are always dry, tasteless, cold and normally put in the bin. The chicken is either dripping with gallons of fat or as dry as the chips. After my last visit, the one where you think "maybe one last time, I remember how good a kfc can be", I've put my reward card in the bin and told the wife that if I even suggest going again she should put me to sleep. The only bonus is there are no rats as even they think the food is dirt. They have a kfc training centre above... really... what the he'll is going on.

Poor service. Waited ages to order and we were the only ones in. Food not hot. Gets 2 stars for value but they really need to do some staff training. No napkins, I had to ask and the toilets weren't clean. 2 stars seem generous now.

Usually able to find a seat no problem, outdoor area seating available too.
