This store is set up for Click+ parcel acceptance but every time I try and drop a parcel off I get met with "Sorry I cant take it, the bags full", well here's a tip, get another bag so you've got two bags. Its so deflating when you have to come away again.

Lovely store and seeing how short staffed they are, still providing a great service, store well stocked, great location and lots of parking

if I could put 0 I really would. I have had 3 parcels delivered to this location. the branch says that they don't have them and that they aren't accepting parcels as the scanners are broken. I have photo proof of the courier delivering the parcel. so some is lying. no clear time frame on fixing the situation sick of the being messed around

Not pushchair friendly at all! And if not pushchair friendly then not disabled friendly! Isles are tiny and they put pop up stands inside the tops and bottoms of Isles so you can't get down! Walked out in the end! Avoid if you have a pushchair and a wheelchair because you won't be able to get to what you need!

Would be really good if you update online as I am not always able to travel due to poor health.

I have always loved my 'corner shop'. It is convenient and the staff are very friendly. I know them all by name and they always seem pleased to see me and have time for a little chat. I spent approximately £270.00 per month on cigarettes for me and my family. UNTIL March 25th when I went in to buy my usual 100 ciggies and was told by the manager that they were '''non-essential'' his words and he would not serve me nor allow me more than a couple of feet inside the door. I walked a few doors down and made my purchase at 'Turbary Wines'. Image how angry I was when returning to my car, I saw a chap exit your store, tearing the cellophane off a packet of cigarettes before lighting one. Since then I have become aware of others who have bought cigarettes there. You might mention to him that he has lost you a substantial customer. Yesterday, after ensuring that he was not on the premises I bought another 100 cigarettes and was met by the usual friendliness of your staff. I should like an explanation of his behaviour and also want to let you know that Sainsbury's now has my custom. Yours, very sincerely, Carole King.

Given how short staffed they are they all try really hard to help you when you shop. And the new manager is always happy and smiling. If a bit mad.

The most useless shop ever..closed again 7.45 am..closed often, with no reason.staff slow to serve,as always doing something else.

They’re supposed a Yodel drop off point & twice now I’ve been refused. Useless!

Local convenience store with lottery access and parcel collection and drop off
