We were looking for a car and found Hendy’s in Ferndown and saw Mark Strutt who went with us for test drive and spent time looking after us while looking and checking the vehicle. Mark even sent us a video of another car that we were interested in and he was very knowledgeable about the product. We are now in the process of buying a car from Hendy’s as our experience was brilliant with them. So thank you to Mark and team for making this a brilliant experience and purchasing a car.
Checked kia website for a suitable car as ours car wasn’t worth fixing, they had a couple in our price range, the website is great , so straight forward . I phoned the ferndown show room and spoke to Mark, so helpful, went through all the options, very knowledgeable. I explained we need the car quickly and he sorted everything out super fast. I would recommend and we will definitely use again. Thanks Mark, love my new car
Recently bought a KIA stonic from Hendy following some research. Contacted Hendy and spoke to Tony Speed who was patient and understanding right from start to finish. We part exchanged our Volkswagen for the KIA. Tony went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Even posted my daughter’s phone back to us as she left it in the old car! Extremely satisfied with Tony’s professionalism, direct and no sales pitch! Definitely coming back for our next car! Thanks Tony and Hendy!
Only a very quick visit to have the vehicle inspection under my Gardex agreement. Kieron was very helpful and informative. Hendy have improved their management and understanding of the Gardex provision and it has become easier from a customer perspective.
Picked up our dacia duster new to us but used. Cameron was excellent again with our hand over. Talked us through all the extras we took out. Made us at ease a nice polite young man and a joy to talk to and to deal with. Thank you
