Westover Kia Ferndown

Ordered our first Kia, an EV6 and though we had to wait a few months for it, our salesman, Paul Webster made us fully aware of the timescales, right from the start and phoned us regularly to keep us updated. We weren’t expecting the car until end of May but it reached the garage early. When Paul phoned us to tell us, I don’t know who was more excited, us or Paul . We collected the car on 8/4 and Paul took the time needed to go through everything with us. The whole experience was excellent and the service Paul gave us was excellent too! Cannot recommend him enough. We did take out a few extras but Paul didnt push the extras, he just explained everything we could have and the cost and left it with us to decide. We love our new car, it is even nicer than expected. Thank you Kia for producing a car which suits our needs and Thank you Paul for the brilliant service you gave us throughout. Karen and Mike.

After being a VW person for over 10 years I ordered my first ever Kia, a Sportage GTLine s PHEV. The car was delayed slightly but I was kept informed. My salesman, Mark Strutt regularly kept me updated. I wasn't expecting the car until end of July but it reached the garage early. I collected the car on 17/06 and the handover process was smooth and easy. The whole experience was excellent and the service Mark gave me was excellent. Cannot recommend him enough. The only slight negative of Hendy is they delivered the car with zero electric miles and £25 of petrol which I had to pay for! When you spend over 40K on a car you would think the least they could do is fully charge it for you! Overall the car is amazing and love driving it.

We recently purchased a used Kia from here. Great service from Joseph throughout. He was also very helpful and patient with us. We had to change our collection date and he made it work for us. Kept us updated throughout the process and was quick to get back to us when we had a question. Really happy with the service provided and will continue to use Hendy Kia now for a future needs such as servicing ect.
