Asked the assistant to find out if they had a product out the back as none on the shelf. She was unable to ask as she was alone on the shop floor and didn't want to leave the til understandably. All other staff members were upstairs she said. Surely this can't be safe for this staff member to be so isolated. If there had been an emergency of any kind, what would she do? She had no way of getting help Very unsatisfactory!
Beware iceland ferndown, my disabled mum has only been there twice, the first time we thought it was a mistake this time we realises they have to be targeting the costumers. My mum went once in October and ended up getting a parking fine for £100 but we had the ticket still and it was dropped. She decided to go again about 1 to 2 weeks ago and yet again today we got another parking ticket for £100 and yet again she paid for her ticket and still has it. What kind of scam are they running so disappointed a company would target vulnerable people like this.
Complete confusion over delivery time. Should have been 3.0 to 5.0pm same day. The poor young girl on the checkout hadn't been told that the driver finished at 2.0pm and consequently the delivery wasn't made until the next day.
Fantastic place to shop, staff are always very warm and friendly
Very popular as there is 10% discount on Tuesdays for over 60's.
Great place to shop and get bargains. Also 10% off if over 60.
Great place to shop, everything clearly marked out above each freezer, I needed slimming world dinners and they had a good selection of tempting foods. We were also surprised by the price of their fresh foods, much cheaper than some supermarkets . our whole shop was so much cheaper than we had thought it would be. Lovely friendly lady on the till too! We will definitely be going back again next week.
Great stock, nice staff great store.
had my delivery today and apparently they don't bother bagging up deliveries at this store anymore. all fresh produce and items piled into a dirty red crate. ever since i started ordering deliveries a couple years ago they were delivered in the iconic strong iceland bags which are great for re-using. now we get a half-split big liner with broken handles which goes straight into the bin ? the poor driver bless him he looked ashamed at the state he had to deliver the shopping in, apparently it makes all the drivers late too but drivers feedback is ignored. im in iceland ferndown radius, which i could find a way to switch it to ringwood iceland which is a shame as all the delivery boys here have been wonderful for years, will attempt going in to ringwood and doing the shop and asking for delivery at the till so it will be bagged and not thrown in to dirty crate with my fresh foods mixed in with cleaning products. crazy!
Writing this review on behalf of my Mother. Went in today to pay with a £20 note and the cashier told her they do not take £20 notes as they 'can't bank them.' Utter rubbish. It is a legal tender so no excuses not to take it. Whats more laughable is the area manager was 'too busy' to speak to my Mother about it or attempt to fix the problem. He couldn't manage himself out of bed I bet. The CEO has been emailed, my Mum will now go to Ringwood as they said they will accept £20 notes and I certainly won't return to any Iceland stores.
