Popped in about 4.45pm.I ordered a Mango and passion fruit cooler. They started to make it got the ice and went to put it the the blender which had dirty water in the bottom I asked are you going to clean that first, oh yeah will rinse it but if I hadn't had said anything about the dirty water they definitely would not have cleaned, I use this branch a lot but I'm not so sure I will now.
A standard Costa Coffee place, though a good size. Coffee is not bad here, better than some of its competitors. However food offering is not really at a level to match the coffee.
Unfortunately, this Costa was winding down to close for 3 days for redecoration so there was not much food selection available
The service is okay, polite, but everything seems rushed. However, the coffee isn't as good as other Costa coffees. It is very weak tasting and can never taste the syrup flavour. I will continue to go to Costa, just not this shop.
Great staff Joe is so friendly and makes everyone welcome and always remembers what you drink
