A standard Costa Coffee place, though a good size. Coffee is not bad here, better than some of its competitors. However food offering is not really at a level to match the coffee.
Had the pleasure of watching the lovely staff treat an elderly man in his 80/90’s that seemed lost, no money or bank card to coffee and a cake after he had purchased this the staff member realising he didn’t have anything with him, I offered to pay but the staff members said it was fine and they would sort it so a massive thanks to Joe and the lovely lady in Costa apologies I can’t remember the ladies name you both are fantastic and need more people like you.
The service is okay, polite, but everything seems rushed. However, the coffee isn't as good as other Costa coffees. It is very weak tasting and can never taste the syrup flavour. I will continue to go to Costa, just not this shop.
The usual Costa Coffee and food, but the staff here are lovely and you can feel the community vibe here, as everyone seems to know each other so must go there regularly
I love a good bit of customer service! All the staff in here are totally committed and overlapped seamlessly in whatever they were doing, friendly welcome and the place ran like clockwork and it was really busy which is testament to their success, the coffee was great, what more do you need?
