Costa Coffee

Easy parking and free of charge. Decent size with reasonable choices (unless you are counting calories). On the NEGATIVE side they have the air conditioning on and this means some people won't stay as it's too cold. Others sit in big coats. Staff leave the back door open because they are feeling hot (they are working in a hot food cooking area) but they don't pay attention to how the CUSTOMER FEELS. Shame as this could be so much better with some customer care. Costa themselves don't help as they won't spend money on blinds which means customers sitting near the window are struggling with the glare of the sun. They have installed blinds in the Staff area where they are suffering with the same issue but customers are obviously not as important.

Quick service and clean. However every time we come here it is cold. This puts us off.

Nice coffee, but revolting smell coming from ventilation system. My clothes are impregnated so I can smell it on me still, very unpleasant.

Coffee is as expected, place needs a good clean. So much so, that I have actually emailed Costa about it
