Halfords

I have never had an issue with this Halfords store. Very helpful for bike size fittings for my kids. The only reason this isn't a 5* is the other day I was looking for wiper blades and couldn't find my rear blades but couldn't find anyone to help me and no one asked of I needed help.

Staff couldn't care less. Went in to buy a car stereo this evening as a present for someone. Nobody knew anything about the stereos and nobody was interested. Said that I would just buy the stereo and get the fitting kit from elsewhere but nobody could be bothered to go and get one for me. Will never use Halfords again and stick with the local companies who have always been helpful in the past. Lesson learned. Disgusting customer service!

Popped in tonight around 6.30pm as my front bulb stopped working on my way home, a very kind older gentleman who was on the tills came out and sorted it for me it was a dodgy connection. Always great service and helpful staff when I go in there from work, thank you

Rude staff, was asked to wait to be served only for the guy to walk off whilst his colleague served everyone that came in after myself. Then went to wait in the other que to eventually get served! Only went in for a quick click and collect collection!

Sometimes poor customer service with lack of expert knowledge. Use Pedals Cycles Centre or alike if you have an expensive bike.
