Matalan is a great big clean tidy store with LADIES.MENS.KIDs.and HOME departments. All you need under 1 roof. The clothing is very reasonably priced and very good value for money! Washes and wears well!. The staff here at Severn Stars Trading Estate are brilliant!! Very helpful focused and customer service here is warm and welcoming the staff will do anything for you to make yr shopping experience as efficient as possible. There is also a click and collect facility instore where anything you order online from the Matalan website is orderable into store. You can also drop off parcels here for any internet ordering (not frm the matalan website) as D.P.D is their courier who drop off any click and collect products and they collect parcels too. Matalan staff go out of their way to make your shopping experience a happy 1 with great friendly staff who are very helpful in every way weather you need an item frm another store...the stock room is also checked for availability in sizes...they recommend click & collect if a product is not available in store and offer alternative options too for you. Returning items for a refund/exchange isnt a problem either so long as you have yr receipt and its with in date. Matalan staff offer great friendly efficient service as they bend over backwards to do their best for you to make yr trip to matalan a happy experience, with a great store and helpful staff , its a lovely shopping experience with nice products in store.

Womenswear, menswear, children's wear and homewares, all well prices and good value for money. Quite a big store, not particularly well arranged, but easy enough to find your way around.

Nice place to stroll around looking for all types of clothing at very reasonable prices also there's plenty of parking spaces

A good large store with much variety. The location is odd as it is on its own. The staff can be friendly and helpful enough. Nice bright shop with plenty of parking
