I would recommend Martin & Co Glasgow Shawlands to anyone. Fraz and his team - especially Bella and Linda are always a phone call or email away. They are very helpful and were able to resolve issues within less than a day. Moving in was a breeze! All the paperwork was ready and the process was straightforward.

My property in Pollokshields has been full managed by Martin & Co in Shawlands for approximately 2 years.  I have been living abroad and the team in Shawlands has really taken all of the stress out of trying to let out a property from abroad.  They are professional, always quick to respond to emails and keep me up-to-date with any problems or things I need to know about.  I would certainly recommend them.

Fraz and the team have been excellent from day one. Fraz appraised my property and managed to source a tenant within the week. Bella and linda are always quick to update me and I would be happy to recommend Fraz and his team to any landlord in the south side of Glasgow
