Reviews

This review is from a sellers point of view.  Not yet sold the property, it's only been on the market a couple of weeks.  
However, the following downsides have been noted: 

Don't have a proactive approach. 
Seem too laid back. 
Feels like a bare minimum approach to service.
Takes too long to get back to emails.  
Has to be prompted for feedback on viewings.   

Finding it hard to note the upsides as generally the service is underwhelming.  Annoyingly, thought I'd done my research on who to go with pretty well.  Starting to wish I'd gone with the other guys.
