My renting process with Brunswick was excellent from start to finish. My entry was managed professionally and efficiently, the flat was very clean and inventory was thorough. I was given plenty of notice in writing whenever any inspection/ changes were due (which was maybe twice in my year and a half tenancy period) so I wasn’t bothered. I didn’t have any problems but I’m sure if I had they would have dealt with them quickly. The exit process was as easy as the entry and I received my deposit back quickly. Would highly recommend this letting agent and if looking to rent again in future I would not hesitate in contacting them again. Great service!

In 8 years of renting in Glasgow with various agencies, Brunswick have by far been the best. Amiable, proficient and fair - my 4 years at the property was stress free and comfortable. Recommended.

My husband and two year old have just finished renting with Brunswick. From start to finish our renting experience was seamless. We found the staff at Brunswick to be professional, friendly and always extremely helpful. Any queries we had were always responded to promptly. The standard of service we received was exceptional.

rented the property for 2 years through this agency. no big issue until we moved out.However we had a problem to get deposit back and took over 6 month to solve the issue. the agency wasn't really helpful then we appealed the landlord directly to the court.
