Rented a property with Brunswick for 4 and a half years and couldn’t recommend more. Paul and the team were a delight to deal with. Any issues at all, and they were resolved swiftly and efficiently. Communication was excellent with them also. I had significant problems with a neighbour in the building and Brunswick were always there to help. As stated previously by another reviewer, the moving out process was simple and seamless. No issues at all. Cannot recommend them enough. At a time when landlords/letting agents are getting bad press some deservedly so, Brunswick are a beacon of professionalism and dignity.
We rented a property through Brunswick for just over two years and had a great experience with them. The team were very helpful, informative and responsive. Any maintenance concerns were dealt with promptly. Final handover on leaving was seamless and no issues with our deposit return. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.
During the 4 years renting with Brunswick, communication was great and team were very professional and responded promptly to all queries. It is a delicate balance between working with landlords and tenants and Brunswick represented both parties well while maintaining the flat to the correct standard and level of legislation. Would definitely recommend Brunswick to landlords or tenants.
My partner and I have been living in our current let for almost two years and are so impressed with and grateful for Brunswick as our landlord and agent. The few issues we have had like a dicky switch, leaky radiator, or boiler making a weird noise, Brunswick promptly arranges someone to come and sort it. We’re always surprised at how quick they are to fix any problems we have, big or small. We wanted to replace our thermostat to make it easier to monitor and save money on gas, and as it was around Christmas we just wanted to let me know and expected to sort it in the new year, but it was sorted and paid for way before Christmas Eve. We keep the property clean and dry, and they go out of their way to help us. We have a lot of respect for them as landlords because they are so unlike the ones you hear horror stories about. If you’re ever dithering about renting from Brunswick, rest assured they are reliable and respectable. Heads above the rest.

We had an excellent experience renting a flat managed by Brunswick. All of the staff are professional, friendly and efficient; we got prompt replies to any questions we had, and the few small maintenance issues we raised were dealt with quickly. I'd rent one of their properties again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
I’ve just moved out of a property let by Brunswick letting after 5.5 years. I’ve always had a great experience, maintenance issues dealt with quickly, always helpful. Smooth moving in and moving out. As a tenant, they’ve been great.
I rented with Brunswick for over 3.5 years until I needed to relocate to a different city for work. The flat was lovely and they were always professional, friendly and helpful whenever I contacted them. Any issues I raised during the tenancy e.g. when the boiler broke were always dealt with quickly and efficiently and the contractors they sent out to do this work were also professional and did a good job. Definitely recommend Brunswick as a tenant - they're the best agency I've rented with to date.
I had the pleasure of renting from Brunswick for almost 6 years, just ending this week. They have been the most helpful, pleasant and supportive letting agency I've used having experience with several others in the past and fostered a very personalised and welcoming experience. I was a tenant with Brunswick for about 3 years and I couldn't recommend them any higher! Whenever I raised a maintenance issue, the Brunswick team raised it with my Landlord the next working day and kept me up to date with every stage of organising any repair work. By far the best Letting Agents I have ever been with. They are reliable and understand every requirement needed to live peacefully.
