The whole team were excellent and very supportive during my property sale and purchase. Glen explained the mortgage application process very clearly and was a able to negotiate a very good purchase price and saving me money in the long run. I felt very confident about the whole process reassuring me when entry date delays were causing stress. Overall a very welcome hand holding experience, would definitely recommend the whole team to do any friends and family.
Used A&H as a mortgage broker. The initial fee was nearly £600 for "lifetime membership", if I remember correctly. I told them I wasn't interested in lifetime membership, and then they dropped the fee to £100, which seemed reasonable. The service was good, always responsive. At the end of the day I was left with the feeling that I probably could have found a marginally better mortgage deal somewhere else, but it would have taken a lot more effort. During the transaction they tried to sell me a multitude of other insurance and finance products. It was not clear if I needed those products to get the mortgage deal or not. This part of the service could be vastly improved. I said "no" to all of them except one as I already had life and illness insurance from my employer.
Glen is the best mortgage advisor you could ever find. He is very professional, providing excellent service from start to finish. He really take care of his clients, he works very efficiently and his expertise is shown at each step of the way. With his help we felt supported and in great hands. Can't recommend it more.
If I could give 10 stars I would!! My mortgage service consultant Michelle Kilmarnock Road, Shawlands branch has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process! Knowledgable, helpful, friendly and trustworthy, would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a mortgage.
Being supported by a professional team was really great. Glen Ragrag was very supportive and attentive of my needs as a first time buyer, also providing me with invaluable advice with my house buying. Glen made the whole process easy and more understandable. Was really great to have is support in buying my house.
I'm very glad we had Glen Ragrag as our mortgage advisor. He not only dealt with all the paperwork but also helped us to solve many issues during the sometimes stressful house purchase process. A really hard-worker professional with a big knowledge and very efficient. I recommend him 100%.
