I sold my property with Clyde in Shawlands and they are absolutely superb.  Really great service, always willing to help and really good online system for keeping track of selling appointments.  Would absolutely use them for all future house sales in future.  A side note - I also rented with Clyde for many years and found them to be the best letting agents out there - fair and compassionate

Couldn’t rate high enough and I will definitely be recommending Clyde Property Shawlands. From start to finish, the staff have been very friendly and the sales process was very quick and efficient. The pictures and video were of a very high quality and standard. Within a few hours of the property going on the market, Clyde had secured viewings. In two weeks, Clyde arranged and managed 35 viewings and kept me up to date throughout. My property sold at closing date exactly two weeks after going on the market. I’m absolutely delighted and want to thank Clyde Property Shawlands for their hard work and excellent service.

Clyde were prompt to meet us. They were open to a commission arrangement which incentivised speed and seeking a good price. They produced good photos, video and descriptive text for the property. This marketing together with mailing their existing list of interested people produced a fair number of viewings. An acceptable verbal offer was secured within a week of going public, just two and a half weeks from our initial call to them. Staff were professional and helpful and kept us constantly updated on developments. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and dedication shown by the team at Clyde Property Shawlands. Not only did they handle a difficult time for my family, but they were able to secure a significant profit on my home sale. Highly recommended.
