Excellent customer service from the team here. As I couldn’t test drive beforehand they sent me WhatsApp videos and photos and answered all my questions. They also had the steering wheel replaced under warranty and charged the car to 100% before I collected.nnHandover and collection was very smooth. I can recommend them enough.
BMW GT 530nnI am writing to express my deep disappointment with the purchase I made from this dealership. I discovered that the car I bought from them had previously been damaged, a fact that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase.nnThe communication throughout this ordeal has been awful. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their team, no one has admitted to the prior damage, nor has anyone offered to help me repair the rust that started appearing on the car body some time after the purchase. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable.nnI trusted this dealership to provide me with a reliable vehicle and honest service, but my experience has been far from that.
Sold my Ranger to Justin vi Motorway . Great communication and very fair in his dealings. Would definately recommend using them and wouldnt hesitate to buy or sell from them in the future.
Politest and most efficient dealership I've had the pleasure of buying a car from. People were nice, had no issues with going for a test drive, no surprise costs. And they make a great cuppa!
Dealing with the team at Desirable Car has been a joy! They were full of solutions and nothing was too much trouble - I came away with a different, better car than that I had originally enquired that cost less. A refreshing approach and very friendly.
