Recently switched to this Doctors and I'm very impressed with the experience here. I have a young family and I'm able to get appointments quickly and the staff seem friendly. The 'call' system from the TV works well. There is a car park and whilst it's not the biggest, I've always managed to get a space.
Terrible. Unfortunately I had to switch GPs because I moved. I joined this one due to the ratings on Google. I have to wait 2 weeks just to speak to a doctor to discuss results to get me referred to a hospital. In my old GP I could very easily see a GP within 24 hrs and even on the day with a telephone consultation if urgent. I don't see how it's acceptable to make someone wait 2 weeks to speak to a doctor. The e-consult form is useless. When I go through it they give you an appointment in the next 2 weeks and if not, then they recommend you call 111. What's the point of having a GP if they are not available to be your first point of call? I knew people who complained about terrible GPs, but I never understood as my previous GP had always been excellent. Now I understand what it feels like to have an incompetent GP practice. Will be changing surgeries until I find one in the area that I like as soon as all my medical issues have been sorted.
Very good service GP. All reception staff are very friendly and helpful. GP doctors and nurses are very professional too. Definitely the best recommendations.
Very well run - extremely helpful receptionists- no problems to date.
Very friendly and efficient. An easy booking system as well. One particular doctor went to great lengths to ensure our child had her 4 month vaccine without much pain. She was fab! Heard nothing but good stuff about this particular practice, with whom we are registered.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Unfortunately no option to leave 0 stars. Until today I had been a patient here for almost 30 years and made sure my children were here too. I have a severely autistic non verbal son who was screaming in agony and I was unable to see my family doctor. A Doctor's surgery who claimed to be closed yet their phone lines claimed they were open and on visiting the door was open with patients in the waiting room. Receptionists who give conflicting information, one in particular who was very vague and unhelpful in conversation with an attitude problem. When speaking with representatives of your doctor's practice you would expect to receive correct information clearly not. They advised me to take him to A&E where the advised wait was 4 plus hours where he would be unable to cope, the best they could offer him was an e consultation at 07:30am the next day from which he may be able to receive an appointment. Appalling service all round when you go to the one person/people who are supposed to be able to help and they treat a child unable to communicate why he's feeling so unwell like this.
I have been visited by Doctor Louise Santhanam , she isn’t my usual GP Doctor, but I received the best GP experience in my life . She spent a lot of time listening my health problem and my concern about a potential bowel cancer, absolutely compassionate, polite an professional! The receptionist was also so amazing to book an appointment in just 1 hour slot time! Giuseppe Cirello
Improper materials, equipment and staff, currently a construction site but that doesn’t justify poor service
Been With This Practice For Many years , got to see the dr back in march was told i had high Blood pressure ,had to have a monitor Fitted as told It would take 10 days for results ,so come june 3 months on we got a call saying yes you have high blood pressure ,ive been given meds that had caused mega bad headaches ,emailed the surgery to be told the wait times just to get a phone call are months away now dont know what to do ,as im now not taking any meds and my mental health is taking a beating
Very rude and uncaring. They make mistake with repeat prescriptions and send you to do it again on line or phone even if you can't access to anyone on the phone.
