Nice enough practice and the doctors are great... when you get the chance to see them. Surgery does lack availability. Advised of a 3month wait period to book once.

Receptionists are disgraceful, witnessed one being so rude to a poor very confused older man that clearly needed to see a doctor. She had no compassion or respect.

Quite possibly the worst surgery in the country... playing a dangerous game if this is your practice - they should be shut down immediately! Worst customer service from reception possible, rude over the phone (and cutting off after giggling like school girls amongst themselves) and even worse face to face. Don't go there if you need a doctor, the reception staff decide on their own without even hearing your case that it's not important enough this year... and the NHS want to stop people using A+E for things a GP can deal with...? No chance with this shower!!!
