This GP is awful go anywhere else accept here I would advise. The reception and doctors have no communication with each other and they cant write emails it takes 3 months of asking every week to write a simple email. The list goes on but I warn.
Very rude and extremely unprofessional receptionist. Waited for 30 min in the que over the phone, and been told there are no appointments available. Asked for other days and she said are limited But for who sorry and at that time I was having breathing issue as I have asthma, but she didnt care at all and told me to call 111 or go to A&E. She didn't even bother asking me what was the medical issue or why I called in, not even my name. This lady Recep needs to lower her attitude and do her job properly.
Worst gp and I'm not talking about the doctor he's amazing is the fact that they have never got appointments they tell you call at 8 am but still you wait on the hone for 30min for someone to tell you no appointments I called for my 7 month old daughter still no appointment it'sstupid why have abgp whn you can't be seen
I send in a e-concult on Thursday, got a call from the dr Friday morning , and got a call from the hospital on the Monday with a appt for a scan !!! Such great service and the staff at erith health centre are the best receptionists I have ever had , very friendly and always helpful and Dr g is a wicked doctor !!! Well done girls x
Absolutely poor service been trying to register with these people for the past 2 years constantly being refused I am 8 weeks pregnant the receptionist gave me and address for a gp surgery in evesham which is 8 hours away from my home!!! I have contacted the mp about this absolutely disgusting and contacting them on the phone now is virtually impossible
Best in the Business, wouldn’t change them for anybody
