The receptionist lady needs to get fired asap. Rude, condescending and uncooperative as they come. Please leave the job. Go elsewhere. Miserable bch
Very poor service they preach econsultants which is a joke absolutely 3 times filled in the forms no one calls you. The form is long and repetitive absolutely nonsense. At least call the patient. Zero star. They don’t care why create a service you don’t honour. Priorities patients.
Horrible place. No way to you book a doctor.
This Doctors is a bloody joke 2 weeks been calling for an appointment get cut off 2/3 times and lose your place! Going belvedere medical centre much better service than this joke of a Doctors!! Considering there is 3 branches linked together you’d be able to get an appointment. Oh and when you do you end up waiting an hour after your time to see the doctor but if your more than 10 mins cancel your appointment.
Incredibly useless and condescending staff in that worthless surgery!!! If you hate your job, it’d be easier to say that than do the bare minimum of what is required from your role. Don’t waste your time going, might aswell knock it down and it’ll become useful as a chicken and chip shop.
I needed to query quiet a few things with the receptionist today. I have to say,she was wonderful. Friendly, caring, and very helpful. Sorted all my problems out. Thank you.
this doctors is a joke makeing my sister wait over since september for her tablets why covid going there telling to go hospital and doctors cant call to the morning and there still not doing it once covid i be getting her tyo change
Their receptionist at Station Road is very rude.
Not a good GP service. Stay away if you can
