If there was possibility to leave 0 stars that would be the first place that would actually get 0 from me. It's so frustrating that you have to call for like half an hour to find out that they are fully booked and they can book you for tommorow but somewhere else where u have no idea where the place is. It's already 3rd freaking time when I am trying to get an appointment for my newborn and can't get any. They keep telling me to go somewhere else as if she is not their patient. From what I know emergency appointments are for emergency and my child's health is being ignored. Other thing they always give you the same damn prescription even trough u told them it doesn't work. Worst service ever😡😡😡

Very poor customer care standards. Rude staff with racist undertone to what they do. I am fed up of this.

Could not find anything wrong at our visit. Be polite and you'll receive politeness. It's as simple as that.

Not bad. Doctors are good. Found them very empathetic and helpful in most occasions. Don't understand why they don't let people book appointments early. Being very at the neck of a busy roundabout parking and getting off from the surgery is a real pain. No Walk-in services. No Weekend services.

I rate it as WORST GP SURGERY ever. Never register with this surgery. Rude staff and GP himself. GP don't even let the patients to fully describe illness and gives a very rude suggestion to take pain killers even though illness is very serious. Worst service I ever received in UK.
