The nurses and reception staff have been absolutely incredible in helping me the last few months. Kind and caring as always and always willing to go the extra mile to help me. Special mention to Julie who I’ve seen a number of times recently nothing was ever to much- fantastic team all round! Reception staff have been so helpful and always happy to help x
Exceptionally difficult to get any kind of appointment at this surgery. Usual response is to be told to wait for hours for a straightforward diagnosis in crowded conditions at an urgent care centre. Routine appointments available in 3 weeks if a patient is lucky. Please increase your medical staffing levels to cope with the huge demand in the area. It really isn't fair on patients.
This place is good most of the time, I have had some bad GP's etc but over all the GP's/ service is good. The staff when told more about what is wrong does put you higher in the list when needed, so do tell them information. This helps when they have a big wait for non emerges appointments, I am happy to wait in that as you know they really are putting people first who need them. I am seeing things get better here over all and this is good. Keep up the good work.
What a fabulous surgery this is, reception staff always overly helpful and just lovely. A special mention to Dr Ahmed who has given me time , understanding and above all pushed for extensive tests to get me diagnosed … truly a wonderful Doctor, Full of positivity and patience … my heartfelt thanks to you all
I have found them very helpful dr dogra is the kindest lady I have met and Mo , is a asset to the surgery and has helped me when ever she can and I have to say dr Yvonne Juhasz was absolutely lovely, I lost my husband very recently and she did what she could and even came to see me and my husband which was so caring and so professional, I am sure you all do your best so give yourselves a pat on the back we are so lucky to have NHS Where would we be with out it
I've had good and bad times here . I can usually not get an appointment either. I have found the doctors helpful and the nurses though. I think we are just swamped with people and so are the NHS. If I had money I would go private to save all the headaches .
I have been with this practice for 20 years and have always managed to get an appointment when I have had the need and found the Receptionists, Nurses and Dr’s do their best to help you.
Excellent service! I love my GP
The phone is not answered and the voice mail box is full so unable to leave a message, I have been trying to call the surgery now for two days, morning and afternoon.
Terrible. The doctors are OK but you can never get an appointment and staff hardly ever answer the phone after 10am
