I have had a bad experience with Crook Log Surgery recently. But they made up for it completely with amazing care from thier doctors. Changed my previous 1 star and bad review to this.

The girl on reception I think her name is teesha she was very helpful today even though she looked rushed off her feet she still took the time to help me with my prescription which is always a problem. thank you for helping me very helpful and kind person.

Not one good phone experience or reception experience, you're told whatever will keep you waiting even if it's a lie or how many people are ahead of you. You'd be surprised how far you'd get with an honest answer.

Completely agree with the 1-star reviews. I'm surprised how they continue to get funding from the NHS. The reception staff seemed to be annoyed when you talk to them or try to call. I've seen 3 of the GP's and they don't seem interested in your personal health but instead dismiss most of what you're saying! You can never get after work appointments - even if you're willing to wait for it, the reception staff just say there is nothing available. Only good thing to say is that my experience of the two nurses has been good, they are both very friendly. I strongly suggest to both of the practice Doctors to sort their surgery out!

I have had occasion to use this surgery many times in the last 18 months. I have found the doctors and all the staff to be very helpful. I have had a very good service.
