Really great experience today. Want to thank Lucy for her exceptional customer service, very attentive, approachable and always smiling. My son wanted to see a bath bomb and she kindly gave us a sample beforehand which he loved. Very knowledgeable and was showing us other items he may like and we left with a bath bomb and bubble bar. It was my son's birthday the week prior and to my surprise not only did she keep engaging with him, she also gave him a free gift which I thought was a great random act of kindness which she didn't need to do but made him feel extra special and was a much appreciated touch. I'll consider it a belated birthday gift from Lush . Again cannot thank Lucy enough, a great asset to the team, I would highly recommend this store and come back. Keep up the good work
I definitely recommend this store if you are looking to buy skincare products. I absolutely loved my shopping experience today with Anthea. She is so lovely and patient as I am very indecisive person when it comes to picking something to buy. She took me through so many different products and told me to try a particular product which she uses and so I did. I was that shocked and amazed by the result that my partner ended up having to buy it even though I only came in for one thing. She even gave me a little something back to try at home which was so nice of her. I left the shop with a huge smile on my face so once again thank you so much Anthea for your kind service will be back soon :
Never went to lush before in my life, went in there with my partner and mate and got approached by Amy and Louise. Had an amazing time with these 2, very helpful, had a few laughs and even made bath bombs. 100% coming back, Amy and Louise thank you for being great members of staff!

Today i went in just for a browse I ended up purchasing 5 lush products! I was served by Ashlee who was so wonderful, very knowledgeable friendly and took time to show me everything. My experience at lush lakeside is always a pleasant one however today’s experience was one of the best. I felt like a little kid again and didn’t feel any sales pressure. Thank you for a wonderful experience as always, i will be back again soon x
Ah what a lovely experience, my little girl who is only 5 insisted she “needs” lush bath bombs after seeing her Auntie use them. We visited the lakeside store who we was approached by 2 lovely members of staff who suggested best products to her and was so attentive to her, they even let her try one in a bowl of water and have a little play. She walked away with £30 worth of bath bombs and now is insisting she has more! RIP my bank balance in the future. thank you to the 2 members of staff that made her day and her first lush experience the best!!
Staff Member Lauren approached my daughter and I almost immediately with a really friendly smile and acknowledgement when I explained my daughter is autistic and is obsessed with the sinks that Lush have in the stores. Without hesitation Lauren invited her to access the sink and to have sensory play with the sample soaps and shampoos. I was wowed at how accepting the staff were of her needs and to go completely over and beyond my expectations. She had a lovely 20mins experiencing some of the products with Lauren whilst I purchased a couple also. In addition to this Lauren explained the party process at Lush which we will 100% be booking very soon. My daughter left the store completely over the moon! What a fab store experience. 5*
Love the smell! A bit pricey but my wife and daughter love the products. Bought a snow fairy selection box as a Christmas present but now there's nothing snow fairy available?! There are items she'd like to buy more of but now has to wait til Christmas again?
My daughter had her 10th birthday yesterday party at lush lakeside. All children had an amazing time and the staff went above and beyond in making sure they all had a good time. I would definitely use this store again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
Went to lush this evening with two friends literally just to grab a bar of soap, ended up with some fantastic service from both Amy and Louise, we made bathbombs, smelt almost everything in store lol and just genuinely just had a lovely chat with the both of them. 5* to the both of them and I look forward to the next time that we come into store!!
