Great place.great guys who work there. The only real place around these days to actually visit for video games.

I get that they need to sell preorders and the "1£" disc insurance that's totally pointless unless you physically want to break a bluray disc. 
But man,
I was just totally harassed. No isn't an answer. Free till and the guy nagged me for atleast 5 mins trying to get me to preorder or reserve. It's unacceptable. I left feeling pissed off that I even spent money there.

You can sell games and console games here. If you not playing anymore is a good way to get some cash to buy other ones.
