I don’t normally post reviews. But the way my wife and I were dealt with with our concerns are second to none!! Nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 issues with 2 separate products. This is not from just one operative, but a number of them!! I would love to thank Apple Lakeside members of staff for their help in resolving our concerns and allowing us to enjoy our Apple products!! I would certainly recommend this store as well as their products!!

Really helpful staff, I booked an appointment for 3PM, went down at 2PM, and they said they could see me beforehand! Fixed my problem quickly as well. It does get busy inside as most Apple stores do. But this is my normal Apple store for any problems.

Had the worst technical support experience I think I've ever encountered from Apple today with these guys. Took me 2 hours to finally get an answer of sorts that I'm sure could've been given in the first 10 minutes of trying, had my call been better handled. Avoid like the plague unless you have no choice.

Quite shocked just How poor the customer service was here. I have never seen so many staff just talking to each other not bothered. Went in to buy a mac air as I will be using Full cut pro at film school next year so wanted some advice.. Was just told to go home and order online! her and her coworker were having a good chat. maybe i should not have asked for help! A real letdown for Apple !
