iSmash - Lakeside

My phone supposed to be repaired in 3-5 days, now 2 weeks have passed but have no any information on it, looks like my phone just disappeared. Have to call insurance directly to find out what is going on. I hope they can do better job.

Goutham assisted me so much during the repair made through my insurance, he went over and beyond and even helped me by speaking to the insurance team on the phone for me. I would highly recommend this service they are thorough and move as quickly as possible.

I had a very bad experience with ISmash today. I booked a screen/display repair through my tech insurance and my appointment was at 12.30pm. Whilst booking it confirmed that the part was in stock. When I arrived for my appointment I was then told that they did not have the part as the lady behind me had called ahead to reserve the part, which was the last one they had. I was told they had to order the screen and I could now collect my phone in 3 days. The staff did not show any care or even apologize for their mistake. The booking system clearly stated the part was in stock and they didn't even consider calling me to cancel. I was very disappointed with the service and I drove 30 minutes to lakeside for nothing.

went into the store as my iPhone had completely stopped working. It turned out to be a software glitch which they fixed for me in less than 5 minutes & completely free of charge as well!! Such lovely service, I’m very grateful!
