Excellent customer service at Clarks Thurrock Lakeside from Ayesha. A very busy store. I wanted to try some different styles of shoes. Ayesha was brilliant in advising the best shoes that matched what I was looking for and provided me with the various sizes. What made her brilliant was that she knew the products and was patient whilst I tried on the shoes. No rushing and very polite and professional!
The items in store are totally different with the once delivered at home. No one has told us about the changes and makes us being a bit strange as the models has some details that are missed on the new model. Not sure about the same quality.
Not overly impressed with the fitting of a 2yr olds shoes, had to point out they were too narrow. Ended up in next.
Great place, I love their shoes for my children! So helpful staff with shoes, checking the size, so make sure you buy the right size for their feet my daughter's are 6 and 7 The shop system is fabulous! They have an appointment system like you get there, got your number, and when a staff member is free, they call the next number so cool! You are not just standing and waiting for someone to help you, amazing idea!
Good range of footwear with something for everyone. They only stock shoes upto size 9 as a maximum. There's almost always a sale on which xan save some money.

Range & styles much improved. Weekdays less busy. Excellent for kids. Wider feet also can find fashionable items. Superior manufacture & material means slightly higher price but youll get more wear out of them. Summer use sandals still good after 3 years of use & look ok. Lakeside branch staff are kind & attentive.

Thank you to Salesperson Becca who was very patient with my elderly mum last Sunday morning. Mum has poor mobility and very wide feet so it took a while to find and try on shoes and slippers. We left with a pair of shoes and Becca ordered slippers that were delivered within 3 days and fit mum perfectly. As usual good service and good quality from Clarks.
