I try and avoid this store due to how hot it is and few staff there are in the shop, especially over the weekend.

I visited the store this evening. It was untidy and messy. The changing rooms were filthy with bits of rubbish all over the floors and fluff and dust in every corner. Come on H&M management, take some pride in your store!

Have just realised after returning goods which were too small, (size 12 jeans that were more like an 8) that I've only been refunded for one pair. The staff were rude and didn't know how to return the online items and hurried plus out of the door. I now understand why because he'd obviously noticed the mistake. Just wish I did as I'm now £15 down!
