This team has been really great full. Went out there to give me great service. Order goods for me online and check the stock and go through all the products to help me find a suitable Christmas present. Thank you FA team. Jam, Sarah, sharif and Evie and Mia. That’s all their names.
Great experience, very good range of clothing. Actually went into the store by accident after a rubbish experience in JDSports. Was approached by a member of the team, explained black Friday and cash back details. A great experience thank you.
Sharif was extremely friendly and sweet, great service.
I called the store today and received a great customer service. I got all the information I asked for regarding a pair of New Balance trainers. Thank you
The blonde supervisor manager is nothing but a bully towards all her staff she constantly bully’s the young employees in there even behind there backs she is threatening to slap them thinking it’s funny! Shocking behaviour off a supervisor and needs sacking! I would definitely advised not to get a job at this place unless u want to be bullied, put down and like being humiliated and feel threatened!
Didn’t respect my service lakeside Footasylum staff were rude no help made me feel uncomfortable
Sharif, welcomed me and was super friendly. Bringing my family here instead of JD due to his customer service
Unbelievably bad and rude employees.. especially the uncivilized person who says she is the manager of the store. Since the shoes were too small for my feet, I went to change them with the larger size. They said that they do not have a large number in store and that they can return and order online. We waited at the cashier for 2 and a half hours without exaggeration for this transaction and they could not do it. however, we have always treated them kindly and courteously. As a result, they said that there was an error in the system, they could give a gift card, and that they would give a 25 percent discount if we did the shopping at that moment to apologize, we liked the product again and when we went to the cashier again, there was another woman working. SHe told us that we should wait until the person who told us this went on a lunch break. We asked them to make us wait for nearly hours and call if possible. SHe went to the back and looked angry. He told us ridiculous things like it shouldn't have happened to us, it's not right for us to make a discount, and my wife and I were surprised. We tried to explain that we did not request this discount, that the store employee offered to apologize, that we had been in the store for 4 hours, but she was so rude that he treated us as if we had come to beg from the store. Pointing at us to the employee next to him, he rolled his eyes and I got very angry and i said i dont want the product. Although they kept us waiting for long hours, I said that we were not rude in any way, what she did was very rude and unacceptable, and she started to talk in an even worse manner. I asked him to call the manager, I said, you can't report me to anyone. I asked her name, she hung up her badge, she said we don't have to tell you my name, and she called security and had us kicked out, I've never felt so bad in my life. this is not acceptable. I don't think I'll ever step foot in the footasylum store again. We were thrown out like we had officially stolen, it was embarrassing.
The only one foot asylum from here to Southend. They need to start offering higher price range of rarer Nike shoes, perhaps a selection of Jordans, as well as higher range of preferably Hoodrich, North Face and tracksuits . They always have the same colours you can find anywhere. Upscale and Diversify please.
Was greeted by a young gentleman called Louie who was a breath of fresh air and is a credit to his team. He was what customer service is all about. He was polite, welcoming and asked us about our day. Spoke about football and wanted to say good luck for your team tomorrow ! We had a laugh about them being my rivals If everyone was like Louie, you would find shopping a more pleasurable experience. Well done Louie Keep up the good work and don’t ever change
