Lakeside store. Was quite disappointed with the service provided with Molly. Went in to look at some wedding bands and the employee was clearly annoyed with the fact that I did not like any of the bands provided. Was only in there for about 10-20 minutes but the woman was quite clearly bored and then proceeded to give me a lecture about how I need to hurry up and find a ring as I’m running out of time and essentially implying that i’m being difficult because I didn’t like any of the designs she had shown. It really knocked me tbh and put me off going to a different store for a while. Since then went into goldsmiths who were extremely nice & have since found a design I like.
I had been looking at various Swiss watches for over a year and finally ended up looking at one in the window of this store that was high on my list, so I walked in. I was offered a drink while I sat and waited for Selina to bring me the watch and one other to look at. Then I finally did what I never thought I would do - I bought a watch from an up market jewellers in Lakeside lol! Very friendly staff and pleased with my purchase.

Popped in today to have an Omega warranty card stamped as it hadn't been done when I purchased online two years ago. Was treated very well and made to feel welcome. Nice coffee as well :- Thanks ladies.
Best aftercare service. After opening my Xmas present a watch the battery wasn't working. Rather then just changing the battery which E.H jewellers do they gave me a brand new watch! Completely surprised and amazed by the service. Thank you to the team!
Lakeside store. disgusting customer service. sold me a bracelet from the display, was already “scratched up” like they claimed when I purchased it without checking properly as I expected it to be mint condition considering its a legitimate, branded jewellery store. Changed my mind about the bracelet a day later, went to return it and got told I can’t because it’s damaged? Bear in mind it was not worn. Had insurance that covers damaged items yet it wasn’t damaged enough to exchange but too damaged for a refund? Gemma to be specific is who sold me the bracelet and then tried telling me she gave me a brand new one when I came back to return it when I saw with my own eyes she took it from the display and packaged it to me. Also magically the bracelet I brought is no longer on the display even though it was apparently sold brand new. Lol. A joke that’s what this store and their staff are. Can’t take responsibility for selling already damaged items, was just happy to sell it to me to get rid of. Disgusting.
Went here for a new G shock watch. Staff are so good, thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing experience as did my 2 young children. Thanks so much.
Fantastic store with very attentive, helpful and professional staff. A member of staff named Kim provided me with a valuation document with my purchase for an insurance company at my request and was very forthcoming with the whole process, including liaising with myself with several drafts until all the details were completed. Great purchase, great store, great staff. *****
was searching for a locket for my daughter, it was for a lock of my sons hair who passed away, Caroline at the store went above and beyond to help me, she did not know it was my sons hair, giving such useful advice on how to get the hair in it, I had taken it with me, whilst there I must have dropped one of the locks and I did not realise, when I got home a few days later Caroline had posted my lock to me with a lovely note, she had found it at the end of the day, I am so grateful, thank you Caroline
