Outstanding customer service and excellent communications. Both Steve in service and Matt in the workshop were incredibly helpful going through all the different options to repair my car on a budget. Service advisors Steve and Becky are always welcoming and incredibly helpful. I always come to Sytner MINI Nottingham for my service and MOTs as I know it'll be in safe hands. Through out the last service, Becky kept me updated with all progress and stopped me from worrying. You won't find better customer service anywhere else.

What a refreshing change to find a modern car business so helpful and informative. I can’t recommend Sytner Mini Nottingham enough. I felt like the whole process was dealt with in a professional manner. Well done and keep up the good work!

What can I say what a great place the staff were extremely friendly and professional in the way they treated my daughter. The car was presented in the best way possible the finance package was a little more than I'd hoped but on reflection is right. When we left we met Simon Vessey who was a true gentleman and a real professional he had obviously been trained by the best and wished my daughter well and to be safe in her new car Thanks so much

Picked up my first new car this week and couldn’t thank Andrew enough, the process was an easy and helpful experience, never felt pressured into anything I didn’t want. The highlight was defiantly having the sheet pulled off my new shiny Cooper. Here to the start of many years of car business to come.
