I received an email from Audi informing me of new and used deals so wanted to book an appointment to see what was available for the best price, the same day I had a phone call from Adam (used car sales) seeing what I had in mind and invited me in to test drive and get some figures together. I was able to get an amazing deal on a used A3, I would highly recommend Nottingham Audi, they aren't pushy, make you feel welcome and will do what they can to meet expectations. A week later I have picked up my car and continued to receive excellent customer service and and love the car. Thanks Adam

Nottingham Audi can’t meet my expectations. Which is not to Damage my car while it’s in for work. Nottingham Audi can’t meet my expectations so cancelled my booking. So there you have proof Nottingham Audi are unable to look after your car while it is in their care. Do your self a favour go to a different dealership that can look after your car. In regards to your update... actually that's a load of tosh. You cant look after customers cars and you don't care. You takes the money and don't give a fu@k

Nottingham Audi is not customer focused, as they would have you believe. Today I called to book a service for my Audi A4 Estate and have been quoted a price of £507, which is a 40% increase from what I paid less than 2 years ago. Expressing my dismay re the increase, the receptionist said 'I'll see what I can do for you'. 2 min later and the price dropped by £120 because apparently I was a loyal customer. If I was such a loyal customer, for what reason was I quoted such a high price in the first place? Be aware, behind the amazingly fake welcome in their office, there is something else: to squeeze you as much as possible with a Colgate smile! This is not the first time that happened to me, never again.

Worst experience ever. Sold us a damaged car. Reported the issue and salesman was unprofessional enough to express a valuable opinion that it might be our fault. Issue was acknowledged later but it was stated that such things could happen. Basically they just filled a rear right side panel on top of tyre instead of replacing it. Panel was split after 10 months but for them it was just a routine miss that could happen. They are big risk in used car market. Never going back.
