We would like to thank Rosie for her professionalism to helping us find our next car. Her relaxed approach to us test driving the vehicle was one of the reasons we purchased, as we never felt pressured and her friendliness made her such a pleasure to work with. Finance was sorted with speed and professionalism and we collected our car three days after “popping in” to look around! Thank you all.
Excellent service, I received fantastic experience buying my second new car with Philip. He’s the right person in the right place. I trust him 100%. I don’t need to worry about anything, Philip sorted everything out very fast and professionally from the beginning to the end and the car was ready to go in two days. I would highly recommend buying a new car from the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Nottingham. It was a pleasure to meet Michael Stubley, who was a consummate sales professional when we met him to take delivery of our E53 estate on 31st August. Attentive to our whole family throughout Michael was always available, centred towards our experience and needs. We even unexpectedly purchased an accessory. Michael's service prior the delivery was helpful, informative and responsive - with overall good communications. Where I comment on slightly negative experience, and through no impact to Michael's flawless interaction on the day, is that his colleagues at the showroom could have engaged with our family. Staff, persistently walked past without making eye contact and when one or two of them did, there was no eye contact, let alone welcoming smiles. Our children all under 13 were well behaved and liked the place, but in the journey back commented about 'lots of miserable men in white shirts' - which was not an inaccurate reflection we thought. Similarly, after about 45 minutes at the showroom and walking past the receptionist who blatantly failed to greet us when we arrived, I was interrupted with a curt and dull face with, "Can I help?". I wasn't even close to any car or looking like I needed any help. Outside of Michael's care, what a rare and poor Mercedes-Benz experience - possibly the worst in my 30 years of dealing with the brand. As feedback, perhaps management at Mercedes-Benz Nottingham, can consider the whole customer experience and do something about cheering up their 'miserable' staff. I am conscious that I have typed less about Michael than my feedback of other staff, however, this should NOT have any reflection of the excellent and personable customer service from Michael. Will be recommending Michael as the go-to rep at MB Nottingham for sure.
This is the first time I have purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz Nottingham and I found the service was excellent! Pete W was absolutely fantastic throughput the whole process, and then spending time with me before driving the car away to run through everything was brilliant. Many thanks to the wider team who I also met. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You all made it a very pleasant experience…!!
Fantastic customer service by the service department, particularly Paul & Corey. My elderly father was in need of a part for his vehicle & Paul showed me in depth diagram with locating the correct parts with reviewing pictures I sent. The vehicle being a 2006 E320 & the level of care displayed by Paul & Corey locating the part was a testament that they wanted to help us, regardless of the age of the vehicle. This demonstrates Mercedes Inchape Nottingham, value all customers! Regardless of the age of the vehicle and the parts being under £40, they gave time, & corresponded with me on many occasions to assist us! Well done guys! Also after the new year we took our 17 year old E320 to MB Inchape regarding the recent transmission service and health check : Always looking after old and new customers!
Received my new CLA today at Mercedes benz Nottingham! Unbelievable service as always from Phil car number 3 from him he made the whole process smooth and the day of collection was how a handover should be… like a child at Christmas! Thanks Phil!
Very slick system from start to finish. Every person who passed me while waiting to be seen was very polite and asked if I was ok or needed anything. The lady who looked after me on the visit was a credit to her team and very helpful and knowable Emily. I was updated with what was happening with my car while in the workshop with a very good video. The handover of my vehicle was very good, and full details of what work was carried out was explained to me. 5 star service at its best. Thank you.
Loved browsing the cars, test drove a Smart electric and bought one. It's great fun to drive and cheap to run, with enough room for two 6ft plus adults and shopping.
Annual Service Plan Check Swift check in - staff welcoming & helpful. Drinks / TV available in waiting area & tables & comfort chairs so you can either relax or work whilst waiting. Video feedback on car was rather difficult to actually hear but visual check fine apart from that. No issues during check. Service staff gave short feedback & directions to where car was.
Very happy with the buying experience received at Inchcape Nottingham from Philip. The car was in first class condition and one small defect was quickly rectified before the sale. I was taken on a very good test drive and was put under no pressure to buy the car. As it was by far the best car I had viewed, I put a deposit down the following day. Various other services were offered but at no time did I feel under pressure to buy them.
