As always lovely, friendly and polite staff! Buying the right car was important to both myself and my husband. We had the pleasure of been helped by Allan and Josh who were very patient and understanding about what it was we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble! It took a lot of hours but we could not be happier with the cars we've brought. I thank you both again and we will hopefully see you in a few years.

Received excellent service from Yas and Alex. The whole process of selling my car to them was hassle and stress free from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Very happy with the appraisal and amount given for my car. No unnecessary deductions. Highly recommend. Decent, genuine and down to earth dealership. Many thanks!

Wish I could give less. Sat for a hour with the supposed best sales man pushy arrogant ****. To take a test drive out and be called back 2 minutes later as the car had a deposit on it. To then be told that the Chilwell depot had no close alternatives available. We went to Chilwell and found a better option. Oh dear

I would recommend anyone who wants to buy car to go this place. They have the best cars for a good price. Everyone there was dead nice and treat you really well. My favourite guys were Nathan from the sales team and sonny bhaker plus the other guys aswel. Keep up the good work guys

Tried using their car buying service and it was the worst customer service eexperience I have ever received. Despite calling earlier to confirm appointment and told it was fine, the sale could not be processed because it was a salesman’s day off - this was after wasting 2 hours at their site and my wife being ignored for 25 minutes when she first turned up.
