went to look at a 2016 Peugeot 2008 my wife had seen online, got there looking around outside one of the salesmen come over to ask what we were looking for told him & he went and found it gave us the keys and left us alone with it with no pressure until we were sure it was what we wanted, he sorted the test drive (which was a descant test drive not just a lets go round the corner and back) we were paying cash so sorted out paperwork quick & took the car away in around 2 hours. cant comment to much on the car at the mo as only had for 3 days but perfect so far. would defiantly recommend using them for getting a great trade in and reasonably priced car.

Bought a car in August as a family car, it developed a fault within 2 weeks of purchasing it and returned it under warranty. They could not find the fault and told us to monitor it further and it would be repaired under warranty at a later date when the problem was diagnosed. After taking it to an independent garage and paying for a diagnostic test, we returned to Arnold Clarke to have it repaired, only to be told that there was no fault and the garage was lying to us. They have refused to accept responsibility and the management at Arnold Clarke Nottingham are always busy and never return our calls. I wold avoid this dealer at all costs.

My daughter went to look at a car she had seen online. While there she saw another car that she liked. She filled in forms and gave a deposit and eventually settled on the 2nd car. On the third day of chasing them to find out when she could pick up the car she was told it had been wrongly priced in the showroom and was actually £1000 more! they were unable/unwilling to honour the original price. CEO has not responded to correspondence.

The showroom itself was aesthetically pleasing & had staff in place to provide a service that matched this. During my decision making process, my sales advisor (Ethan) & the General manager (John) were extremely polite, informative & efficient. I’m particularly impressed with their after sales care. I would definitely encourage my friends & family members to consider Arnold Clark when looking for a new car.

This car dealership site is truly awesome and probably the biggest car selling site I have seen thus far. That said, the entrance is wide enough to enable wheelchair bound persons easy access into the showroom.
