Was greeted warmly by Rick the moment I left the customer car park where he simply introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I told him I’d seen a car on their website and he immediately went to get the keys and let me have a test drive. It was no issue for me to try my daughter’s car seat out in the car and Rick seemed like a genuinely decent guy with a real interest in helping the customer. No pushy sales techniques and I was given plenty of time and space to make my own decision. In less than a week the car was given a full MOT and valet before finishing a little bit of paperwork and the keys were mine.nnNo fuss and decent communication throughout. Cheers Rick, top bloke!

Lovely place. Great experience. We went a few different times to test drive a few different Tesla’s and never felt any pressure at all for a sale. Everything was very relaxed and that why we bought our car there. Even when purchasing we felt super relaxed. John Wilson was the guy who dealt with us and honestly he was super lovely and chatted about all kinds. Very easy. We will definitely go back when it’s time to upgrade! Also shocked to find out it is not a chain of business. One off!

He took the time to understand my needs and offered valuable insights without being pushy. His professionalism and knowledge made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Bought the car from this place. They promised to refurbish wheels after the purchase - no contact. The car now has an issue - a child pulled on the door handle and it fell off. We bought their extended guarantee. Which says “make your car ownership as easy as possible and stress free”. I’ve been trying to call all day to speak to service. I get transferred by main reception listen to hold music and then it cuts me off. Ringing the service number direct does the same. I went on chat 5 hours ago and was promised a call back soon. Never happened. It’s not easy and not stress free. It’s easier to fix the issue myself and spend money on a new handle. And cancel the motor range extended guarantee as it’s impossible to use

We've had such a pleasant experience with motor range. Ste was great. He was full of knowledge and helped us pick out the most perfect family car for our growing family. Even better, our car was ready the very next day! Thank you once again Ste for all your help and  professionalism. 10/10
