Staff friendly and helpful rooms very clean room was very cold and took a long time to heat up and not enough toilet paper for a room that holds 4 people. But in a lovely location 2 minutes walk from Brighton beach and surrounded by really nice restaurants and shops to get a good munch and a decent port to Brighton town centre

It's a 3 star hotel at a budget price in an expensive location so don't go expecting a modern chain style room.. however I had a lovely stay recently! The two male staff I saw were both extremely friendly and kind and my room was clean and tidy and the shower room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and with crisp ironed white clean sheets. For the money I am very pleased. It's not very sound proofed so earplugs are a must but I have found this in pretty much every hotel I've ever stayed! I would stay here again without hesitation as a budget no thrills room it's definitely top choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at langfords hotel and will stay again, our room was lovely and warming! Clean and well stocked with toiletries, and drinking facilities. Staff was approachable, friendly. Only fault we had was with the steps to the hotel as we had to carry the pram up the stairs.

Close to seafront. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately no breakfast but we found a local cafe which was excellent. Very large room but decor was a bit tired.
