Stayed at 39, Chesham rd Brighton Brilliant location, on bus route, near hospital, one road away from sea front,local shops near by. Flat a basement flat, large very homely with everything you wanted. Only thing wrong with it was it needed a deep clean, all surfaces clean but filthy under kitchen cupboards, bathroom, skirting boards and no mop or dustpan and brush to do the floors. Shame because it is a lovely flat .

Roedean Crescent apartment, a lovely quite place to stay ,close to the Marina and local attractions in Brighton. The apartment is well equipped with all mod con and a terrace, the only downside was the poor standard of housekeeping we stayed at the start and finish of our holiday and the same cobwebs were there, the last guests rubbish still in bathroom bin !! Change the cleaners and place would be a perfect 10.Loved it

We were disappointed with the apartment to be honest, we arrived late in the evening as we had to work, got the key from the key safe ok and had great difficulty with parking space. Got into the apartment and the heating had been off, fo the 1st December I would covet the partlent to be cleaned and the heating left on as it was freezing in the rooms. Main bathroom light didn’t work, good job I was not epileptic as it flashed so much! In total I would say there was 4 light bulbs that required changing, the integrated fridge has not been fitted corrected and falls forward when u use it. Generally the apartment is a bit tired and needs updating, the location was good, it was quiet and the neighbours were polite. The location for kemptown is great with some lovely cafes and bars in the surrounding streets. I did report the light etc however I was asked to send a pic which I forgot to do, not sure I should have to thought. My contact was kind enough to allow me different arrangements with returning the key which really helped

The flat was very nice but the bed and settee was uncomfortable l would recommend to stay there near shops and the sea front lovely views from the flat
