The best stay ever in Brighton. Fantastic hosts most welcoming and very helpful and discreet. Room was so comfortable and to an extremely high standard. Breakfast was incredible the food was amazing. Located in excellent position close to beach and shops. We will definitely be returning. WONDERFUL !!!!!

Friendly - Comfortable - Convenient - We stayed for two nights and it honestly made our trip to Brighton. David & Eric were friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed to be a bother. Our room was smallish but it was perfectly comfortable and well appointed - I counted 6 power outlets. There are other larger rooms available that I would imagine are just as nice. The breakfast was really good and sets you up for the day! Checking-out both myself and my partner really wished that we cold have stayed another night.
