Amazing staff. Very helpful. Room takes a while to warm up. Breakfast brilliant. Sad that staff automatically put straws into drinks, sometimes double, without asking. Would be nice to see it offered as many we need to reduce plastic waste.

Wonderful experience in Holiday Inn Brighton! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The burgers are also great that the most friendly of the people working there, Javier is his name, proposed that I should have for lunch or dinner. Javier, the always smiling guy, is also very attentive and welcoming also to my 4 legged pet friend bringing him water. Very polite and extremely professional! Holiday Inn Brighton should be proud to have Javier to be working there. 5 stars in my overall experience ans i plan to visit soon again and also i will recommend the hotel to all my friends and the ones that they have pets as well. Well done and keep up the good job!

Stayed here for one night. The room was a decent size and well decorated but could have done with more mains sockets, particularly near the bed for charging phones over night. Location is ok, about 15 minutes walk from some great restaurants in the lanes etc. Very good staff, polite and friendly. There is an underground car park - suggest getting there early as it is first come first served. I was luck to get one of the last spaces. Most of the spaces looked fine - if you're driving a Fiat 500!

Great location with parking on site (chargeable). A stones throw from a street full of independent restaurants. Decor, rooms, lifts all clean, servicable but dated. Would recommend regardless.

I'm surprised this property has held on to the Holiday Inn franchise. Service was disappointing, but the rooms were even worse. As an IHG 6 Continents Ambassador there's a minimum expectation of both service and cleanliness. Sadly, HI Brighton failed in both.
