Lovely hotel in the city centre with great access to all the touristy destinations.nnThe staff are all lovely and very helpful. Didn't seem at all put off by my weird request for a pints worth of ice at 2am.nnStayed in an accessible room which was great. My only issue was whilst the bathroom looked clean it absolutely STUNK of urine extremely strongly like someone had peed all over the floor and it hadn't been cleaned up. Also there were what appeared to be feces stains in the toilet.
The service was wonderful from staff, particularly Louise and Laticia. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of everything. Felt our room 337 could do with a more thorough clean, particularly the bathroom - door, skirting boards, under the rim of the toilet etc. I imagine it’s because the hotel is so busy, but a regular deep clean would be good for these heavily trafficked rooms.
We have stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was comfy clean and the staff were very friendly!! The view of the Brighton Dome and the sea was really unexpected but so lovely.nnWe had breakfast one morning and we met Ester and Leanor who work in the restaurant and they both went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable at the table. They both made the stay so much better as they made us feel welcome in the early morning.nnWe would happily stay here again if we come back to Brighton.
This premier inn is in an incredible location, there are so many shops, restaurants, bars and the front in close proximity.nnThe members of staff are very lovely, very attentive, polite and incredibly helpful.nnThe bar offers a great variety, and the breakfast is plentiful, great standard of food and lovely variety.nnThe rooms themselves were your standard premier inn rooms, spacious, good beds, clean. I took off some stars because the WiFi in room 326 was terrible and I got no mobile data there either. Also the rooms could do with a bit of tlc with a fresh coat of paint
Had a 2 night stay whilst on a business trip. Clean and spacious room. Using the meal deal makes for good value. Location is good for easy access shops, bars etc. Although located on a busy street, once inside you don't hear excessive noise. All staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The only slight negative was the WIFI was unavailable for my trip
