Had a 2 night stay whilst on a business trip. Clean and spacious room. Using the meal deal makes for good value. Location is good for easy access shops, bars etc. Although located on a busy street, once inside you don't hear excessive noise. All staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The only slight negative was the WIFI was unavailable for my trip
Great Value for Money with a good AtmospherennWe stayed for one night, and we have another night ahead. The environment is calm and quiet, with no disturbances, making for a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and meet the reliable standards you’d expect from Premier Inn.nnThe only downside is the parking situation. On rainy days, the walk from the paid car park to the hotel can be quite inconvenient, and unloading luggage is not allowed due to the bus lane, which adds to the challenge. However, this is not the fault of the hotel itself.nnOverall, we’ve had a good experience, and we’re looking forward to the rest of our stay.
My stay was absolutely brilliant can’t fault it at all. The food was spot on, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Perfect location being central to town and the views from the room was great.nClean and tidy room. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Brighton and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and clean, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the breakfast! Miss Easham did an amazing job—everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. It was a fantastic start to the day. I’d highly recommend trying it if you’re staying here!
We arrived half hour before check in time to find no one on front desk, sometimes if room is ready they check us in early but not all the time which is no problem but would of been nice to ask the question.nWhile waiting I needed the loo which the gentleman's loo by the stairs you need a card to enter but there was no one around to ask, I walked through the restaurant and found woman's and disabled toilets which you do not need a key card for so had to use the disabled toilet. Also a family had 2 boys and needed the loo which they could not enter due to key card so I told them about the disabled toilet.nThe males toilet key card should be disabled so we can use the toilet after Travelling for a long time you will need the loo.nnThe interior looked a little run down not sure if they are having repairs done to it but there were holes in the ceiling paint missing, wall paper been peeled or loose. Doesn't feel you with confidence when you walk in.nnThe room it self was good looked a lot better than the reception area, we had no issues with the room.nnStaff were very friendly and politennA bit of a makeover in reception area and it will be a lot better
