Loved the place food excellent  staff friendly and very welcoming.  Bed massive had a really good nights sleep. Will tell our friends.

My stay was very nice, all staff were very welcoming. The little extra's like freshly baked cake you could help yourself too in the hall, herbal teas & decaffeinated coffee in your room (as well as the standard selection) spare charger if you needed one in the hall, an emergency sewing kit & shower caps in the bathroom are all great little extra's too. The location is ideal, quiet, close to town & the seafront as well as a pub 3 minutes away around the corner that serves food, a large car park right outside & restaurants 5 minutes away too! The only "downside" is the bathrooms I've used are extremely small (when washing my hair my arms touched the sides of the shower wall) & the amount of stairs to get to your room can be a challenge, especially at the end of the day! But if you can overlook that then it's a good place to stay. Like most places in Brighton it stretches your budget, alot, but you know you'll get a good nights sleep & a quality fresh breakfast in the morning along with staff who are kind, helpful & genuinely pleased to see you!

Great quiet location. Walkable to everything. Nice people. Cozy clean rooms. Second stay and will not be my last.
