Very nice double room, very quiet and spacious with brand new comfy bed and carpet. Hotel location is excellent, and the staff all were very nice to us, and a nice English breakfast in the morning goes down a treat. Wifi worked well, and we could store our luggage after we checked out which was very useful!
Friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate us.
Stayed with my wife in February and we were delighted with the attentiveness of the staff, and how much they went out their way to help us. Also, we were upgraded and given a brand new room with balcony. Breakfast great, WiFi great, all staff kind, and hotel location was perfect! Our favourite London hotel x
Clean room, convenient location, comfy bed! Highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely, as were the staff. Our chambermaid Kinga was really sweet and kept our room super clean. Wifi worked perfect and this really is a beautiful neighbourhood with Hyde Park on your door step! Oliver
Well located for a lower price than the other area hotels. It is an old hotel needing some care and rebuild. The service is good and cordial.
Okay. Friendly staff. Very good coffee. Take a sleeping mask and ear protection - street traffic and lights. Very good connections.
