Chose the Falcon Hotel due to the location and proximity to everything, had 2 nights there, the room had all the amenities that I expected and was very clean and presentable. Staff were very helpful and professional and happy to please. An added bonus was being able to leave my luggage there on check out day, so I could explore more before departing London. Would definitely stay there again if ever in London and will definitely recommend. Walkability: Great location to everything in London
Stayed for 2 nights work trip. Booked single room. The room description did say 'Small room' but not sure that prepares you for it. Room was very compact, sink and shower within the room and toilet behind a door. No desk, table, or chair. Room was functional, bed was comfortable shower was good and they provided basic toiletries. Location is excellent. Room did have its own balcony, I did not use but would be nice place to sit and relax if the weather was good. Would think twice about booking that specific room, but would try hotel again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Falcon Hotel. Very convenient location, steps away from great cafes. The staff were so helpful and offered excellent recommendations. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Walkability: Very close to Paddington Station and many excellent cafes. We especially enjoyed Mijab. .
This place is awful. I'm amazed there hasn't been a fire with the dodgy electrics and the beds were so soft we didn't sleep. The lady at the desk was rude. The rooms toilet seat was loose and it was slap sash painted. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor in our room too it was so bowed. As proof to how rude these people are. They were rude about other guests who let us in our of a rain downpour and are rendering to me as a man where it is quite clear I am a woman. I have informed the local council of my findings of the dirty rooms etc with photos. Rooms: They are below basic.
This hotel is in a great location - close to Paddington Station and other tube and bus stops, so getting around is relatively easy. Our room was small yet clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom and the hot water pot for making tea and coffee was nice to have. The hotel staff were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Especially Mitra who made us feel so welcome and answered so many questions - she makes the hotel feel like you're staying at a friends home. There is a small grocer and restaurants nearby. And the park across the street was a nice view from our room.
We stayed there for a few days and we really liked it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was also possible to store our luggage after we already checked out which was really convenient for us. I liked the room, it was just a bit small and there is no escalator. I personally do not mind it but if you are not able to go up a lot of stairs it probably isn’t for you. The location is great, very close to paddington station, a lot of pubs nearby, Hyde Park was just a few blocks away. I really enjoyed staying there. Walkability: Supermarket, Pubs, Train Station and Park in under 10 Minutes by feet
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while on our vacation in October. We expected the slightly cramped accommodations so no issues there. The staff were all very sweet and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the rooms. We loved the location and proximity to the tube as well. We will happily stay here again if we pass through London!
I recently visited London and stayed at an incredible hotel that I just have to rave about! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. They were always eager to help with whatever I needed, and their incredible hospitality truly made my vacation special. And let's talk about the hotel's location - it was absolutely perfect! I was able to reach to all of the major attractions and restaurants in the city using nearby public means of transport, and I couldn't have been happier with the convenient position. It made my time in London so much more enjoyable and allowed me to really make the most of my stay. But what really impressed me about this hotel was the room. It was perfectly clean and appointed with all of the amenities I could ever need. From the comfortable bed to the plush towels and premium toiletries. I even had a breathtaking view of the city skyline from my window! Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're planning a trip to London, make sure you stay at this incredible property. With great staff, a perfect location, and beautifully appointed rooms, it truly has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Nice hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside...after a full day walking in Londen the stairs to the fourth floor feel like mount Everest Walkability: 5 minute walk from Paddington station
Good location very close to tube and train station. The owners/ staff were lovely and really helpful. Rooms are basic and on the smaller side but for the price that's what we expected. Only thing we had a problem with was that we booked a single room aswell as a double room. The single room was for my mum. We weren't made aware that this room was up 4 flights of very steep stairs, this wouldn't have been a problem for us but it was a struggle for my mum. So just to make people aware if they are looking to book single rooms.
