The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good with an ample portion. The en suite room was very small. I had to reverse into the toilet. Without a lift, lugging my heavy suitcase to the top floor and back down again was like an Ironman mission. Recommended for pit stops.
A good budget hotel very close to The Paddington Station and therefore Heathrow Express and many underground stations. It has all the essentials although there are differencies between the rooms. The stairs are demanding. Traditional English breakfast is included, and it is good. We have always enjoyed the service as well.
